The Account Executive Role
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Account Managers to support day‑to‑day client activity, ensuring projects, maintenance requests, and reporting tasks are carried out efficiently. The role calls for someone who can multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate records across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming client communications and maintenance requests

Supporting project coordination, scheduling and documentation

Preparing quotations and processing orders

Maintaining accurate project and invoicing information within internal systems

Building positive working relationships with client contacts
Key Requirements
As Account Executive, you will have the following:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office applications

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach

Ability to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks

Experience interpreting technical information is beneficial
