The Project Administrator Role
As Project Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of client projects from design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with project requirements, documentation, and order processing
- Maintain accurate project files
- Support with site surveys, orders, and installation packs
- Report and record any issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client sign-off
- Coordinate snagging works and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with Accounts regarding invoicing and payment queries
About You – Project Administrator
- You’ll bring strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a project or administrative role is desirable however not essential. We are keen to speak with anyone with experience in a fast paced environment looking to expand on their administration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel.
