Our client is a North East success story and is now a leading group that consists of several market leading companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including building services. They are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based in Gateshead, this role will report into the Operations Manager and will be working with the Project Administration team to maintain an efficient and organised project support function.
The Role
  • Generation of site files and manuals upon request
  • Filing of returned documents
  • Generic Administrational Duties
  • Data logging & action
  • Stock-take & audits
  • Circulation of documentation
  • Scanning and filing
  • Monitoring & action of email
  • Upkeep of company logs & trackers
  • Answering telephones
  • General administrative duties
About You
The successful Business Administrator will have the following skills in order to carry out the role:
  • Computer literate with the ability to use various specialist applications, with a good level of knowledge in all Microsoft office packages.
  • Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner.
  • Able to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with varied departments and external contacts.
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation.
Your background will be in Administration. Your current or previous jobs may include Business Administrator, Office Administrator, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Clerk
