    Document Controller - Newcastle

    Job Title: Document Controller

    Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (occasional travel between offices)
    Reporting to: Operations Director

    Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

     

    Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

    About the Role – Document Controller

     

    As Document Controller, you’ll take ownership of contract management and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and legally binding. You’ll liaise with external bodies, legal consultants, and internal teams to maintain high standards across accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CHAS, and Constructionline.

     

    You’ll also be responsible for tracking and documenting evidence of compliance across the business, supporting audits, and ensuring policies are followed.

    Alongside this, the Document Controller will support office management duties including HR administration, recruitment coordination, and staff wellbeing.

     

    About You - Document Controller

    This varied role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different office locations.

     

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in contract or document management
    • Familiarity with accreditation processes and audit preparation
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
