Electrical Project Engineer

 

Our client is a North East success story and is now a leading group that consists of several market leading companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including building services. They are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

 

The Role

 

The Electrical Project Engineer role will consist of project engineering all elements of construction relating to the following:

  • New Builds
  • Generator Replacement/Upgrades
  • Building Supply Upgrade, Strategic & Delivery Roles
  • UPS (AC & DC) Replacement/Upgrades
  • Energy Storage Replacement/Upgrades
  • LV Power & Switchgear Replacement/Upgrades
  • Distribution Systems Replacement/Upgrades
  • Cooling Upgrades

 

Project Key Stages

 

  • Construction Programming
  • Construction Cost & Payment Plans
  • Implementation of CDM Pre-Construction Plan
  • Appointment of Contractors
  • Implementation of CDM Construction Phase Plan
  • Implementation of RAMS and Managing Site via Supervisors Site Permit Scheme
  • Assessing and Managing Client Business Continuity
  • Assessing and Managing Contractor and Employee Service/Project Continuity
  • Working to clients SSOW & Build standards

 

About You

 

The successful Electrical Project Engineer will have:

 

  • Data Centre experience preferable but not essential
  • Ideally degree qualified but experience will also be considered.
  • Critical power would be beneficial to have
