We are working with a well-established, growing engineering consultancy looking to appoint a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer to kick-start their career in a supportive, collaborative environment, working on a wide range of building projects while developing towards chartership.
The Role
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll join a team delivering structural design solutions across residential, commercial and industrial projects, gaining exposure from concept through to construction. This Graduate Structural Engineer role is designed to help you develop into a Project Engineer with structured support and hands-on experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in structural design calculations

Produce and review drawings, sketches and specifications

Support senior engineers on live projects

Attend site visits and assist with inspections

Liaise with clients, architects and contractors

Contribute to reports and documentation

Participate in meetings and team coordination

Work with multidisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Interest in building structures and design

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to learn within a consultancy environment
