Our client, Dellner Glass Solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and shape its people function within a growing, international manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
As HR Manager, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting key business decisions
- Lead employee relations activity, including performance, absence, and engagement
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with UK employment law
- Support organisational change, continuous improvement, and cultural initiatives
- Provide HR insight and reporting to support workforce planning
About the Ideal HR Manager
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager with a strong generalist background and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A hands-on, adaptable approach with both strategic and operational capability
- CIPD Level 5+ desirable
