    HR Manager – Manufacturing & Engineering
    Consett / Tamworth
    Salary: Competitive Salary + company car

    Our client, Dellner Glass Solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and shape its people function within a growing, international manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking HR Manager to influence change, partner with leadership, and drive continuous improvement across a multi-site operation.

    Key Responsibilities
    As HR Manager, you will:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting key business decisions
    • Lead employee relations activity, including performance, absence, and engagement
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
    • Develop and implement HR policies in line with UK employment law
    • Support organisational change, continuous improvement, and cultural initiatives
    • Provide HR insight and reporting to support workforce planning

    About the Ideal HR Manager
    This role would suit an experienced HR Manager with a strong generalist background and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

    You will bring:

    • Proven experience as an HR Manager within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
    • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • A hands-on, adaptable approach with both strategic and operational capability
    • CIPD Level 5+ desirable
