About the Installation Manager Role
As Installation Manager, you’ll lead a UK-wide team and oversee subcontractors delivering installations for a range of clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget — while driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You’ll manage audits, client relationships, and change initiatives, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. The Installation Manager will also oversee fleet, tools, accommodation spend, and health & safety compliance.
About You
You’ll be a confident Installation Manager with strong man-management skills and the resilience to lead a complex, fast-paced operation. You’ll bring commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to drive performance across a national team.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience managing national installation teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and client relationships
- Commercial and budget management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpreting technical drawings
