The Role
As IT Support, you’ll deliver first‑line support through a service desk function, responding to hardware, software and user access queries.
Key duties include:

User Account Management

Software installation and updates

Incident logging and escalation

Basic hardware coordination

Maintaining accurate IT asset records.

Supporting continuous improvement, documentation and compliance with security and data protection standards.
