Project Administrator

 

Our client is a successful North East company currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a full time, permanent role offering salary up to £25,000pa plus benefits.

 

The Project Administrator Role

 

Working as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you will provide professional support to National Account Managers and Project Managers. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Project Files
  • Ordering Equipment and sub contract orders.
  • Updating Business systems and trackers
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Invoicing and payroll support
  • Ordering Materials for installations.
  • Booking accommodation and transport
  • Preparation and updating company literature including manuals and marketing literature
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Client satisfaction reports
  • Assisting with annual updating of Company Accreditations.
  • Assisting national accounts managers and Project managers with assorted PA tasks.
  • Assisting with Engineers monthly payroll.

 

About the Project Admin

 

Candidates will ideally have previous experience in a varied administrative role with strong communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Powerpoint.
