Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager to facilitate the process of transfer of a fleet maintenance location. This role will oversee the project working closely with the depot and other stakeholders with ultimate responsibility for developing and managing a project plan, risk register, undertaking reporting and cost management.
This is a contract role to start immediately and is expected to last 6 months – home based, the role will require approx. 20% of working time to be located onsite between London and Yorkshire.
This person can be located anywhere in the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Projects and the Fleet Programme Manager, you will be required to self-lead within the organisation to enable the relocation of the train maintenance depot. Following a PMO method, you will be responsible for risk management, stakeholder management and cost management.

Based in the UK and available for an immediate start, you will be an experienced PM with proven knowledge of the rail sector. Previous experience with PMO and providing a governance approach is essential.
