The business is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Health & Safety across two manufacturing sites. This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for developing and implementing safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, and embedding a proactive safety culture. The successful candidate will influence at all levels, conduct audits, manage risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- IOSH membership
- Proven QHSE management experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and BRC standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
