We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Quality Manager to drive robust quality performance and continuous improvement across its site.
This Quality Manager role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing quality, structured problem-solving, and process improvement.

The Quality Manager Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, strengthening process control, and embedding a “right first time” culture. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering and supply chain to reduce variation, eliminate waste and improve overall production capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies
- Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
- Collaborate across functions to improve process capability and quality performance
- Drive standardisation, KPIs and quality best practice across the site
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality role within manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
- Experience with audits, QMS and continuous improvement methods
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
