About the Sales Manager role
As Sales Manager, you will drive forward, improve, and manage all external sales aspects of the Chelmsford business whilst also managing the team ensuring that clear objectives and strategies are set.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Analyse market trends and sales data to create accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand the competitive landscape.

Set appropriate KRAs and KPIs with reportees.
About You – the Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, you will have proven direct selling skills and closing major deals, with a good working knowledge of commercials and company finance.

Ideally knowledge of the corrugated packaging market

Excellent management skills with experience in managing sales, people, budgets, and target achievement.
