Our client is an award winning, market leading group of companies covering a wide range of industry sectors.  Due to continued success, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their growing Project team.  This role presents a superb opportunity to work within a dynamic team in a fast paced, professional environment.  It offers a competitive salary c£23000-£25,000pa plus benefits, along with great opportunities for learning and development.  Free onsite parking is available.

The Team Administrator will support in a wide variety of duties including:

  • Setting up administrative systems / files for projects
  • Administration of project documentation
  • Arranging and supporting with project meetings
  • Dealing with sales and purchase orders
  • Maintaining project databases and logs
  • Internal / Client communications and project updates
  • Creating regular management reports
  • Financial administration for project
  • Ad hoc requirements as needed

About You

The successful Team Administrator will ideally have previous experience in a similar role.  You will be self-motivated with excellent organisation skills.

Other requirements include:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Be a strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Have the confidence to communicate with all levels including colleagues, clients and suppliers
