Due to continued success, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their growing Project team. The Team Administrator will support in a wide variety of duties including:
- Setting up administrative systems / files for projects
- Administration of project documentation
- Arranging and supporting with project meetings
- Dealing with sales and purchase orders
- Maintaining project databases and logs
- Internal / Client communications and project updates
- Creating regular management reports
- Financial administration for project
- Ad hoc requirements as needed
About You
The successful Team Administrator will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will be self-motivated with excellent organisation skills.
Other requirements include:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Be a strong communicator both written and verbally
- Have the confidence to communicate with all levels including colleagues, clients and suppliers
